Flexible Learning (March)

Flexible Learning is a core course within the Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Learning and Teaching Level 7 (GCTLT).

March 16 to June 26
This course enhances the understanding of flexible teaching and learning principles and processes, and their application to the design of flexible learning practices.

This is offered on-line with face-to-face workshops to be negotiated.

Te Reo and Tikaka Maori for the Workplace (Level 4)

Te Reo and Tikaka Māori for the Workplace (Level 4)

Participants will have a good understanding of Te Reo me ōnā tikaka as it relates to use at work. Participants will gain a clear understanding of tikaka and kawa relevant to the workplace. While use and practice of Kai Tahu and tikaka will be used there will be discussion of the regional and dialectal differences.

There will be one face-to-face session per week (already started, enquiries still welcome)
Day: Thursdays 9.00am -10.00am

There will also be one Elluminate (computer conferencing) session each week:
Tuesdays from 9.00am - 10.00am

Natural World Ko Te Tai Ao (Cancelled)

This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the different views Māori and Pakeha have in relation to the natural world and the different ways that they interact with it through looking at Māori understandings of landscape and seascape.
